You might initially visit for the wine, but you’ll come back for the atmosphere. "Welcoming" is the word that best describes this family-run winery, which has been making and selling great wines for nearly 50 years.
There are picnic tables, spacious lawns and live music on special occasions. The 40-acre vineyard is a beautiful place for a stroll, and the cool respite of the wine cellar can be very welcoming indeed on a hot summer day.
COME PREPARED
There are no guided tours — but you’re free to tour the place under your own steam. And there’s no charge for visiting or tasting the wine. If you have a group of ten or more, please call ahead.
Wine can be purchased by the bottle or case. There is a small gift shop with wine related items, T-shirts, soft drinks and snacks.
