Celebrate an early kick-off to Philadelphia's holiday festivities with an electrifying light display along the Avenue of the Arts.

Formerly called "Night Lights on South Broad," the lighting kick-off ceremony starts in front of the historic Bellevue at 6:15 p.m. and continues with a dramatic illumination of several landmark buildings — including The Bellevue, The Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts and others.

Along with the lighting festivities, you can enjoy music, entertainment and light-oriented giveaways.

Starting at 5:30 p.m., several Broad Street restaurants will be on hand to sell selections from their renowned menus, so you can sample cuisine from Cadence, Del Frisco's Steakhouse, Bliss and The Palm while you enjoy the event.
