To anyone who’s seen the skyline of Philadelphia, the William Penn statue perched high atop the City Hall building is a familiar landmark. Learn more about the statue, the building, the city government and all that goes on here on tours offered once daily (Monday-Friday), starting at 12:30 p.m. in Room 121. Please note that the City Hall Tower is not handicapped accessible. Tower may be viewed separately from the tour by taking the elevator from the 9th floor.
