Now you can visit The Philadelphia Zoo, the nation's first zoo, without even starting the car!
Board the trolley for only $2 at the Independence Visitor Center, located at 6th and Market Streets, or at Amtrak's 30th Street Station.

Philadelphia Zoo Trolley Shuttle Facts:
- $2 per person; free for kids ages 2 and under
- Daily service from June 1 through August 31, 2008 beginning at 10:00 a.m.; weekend-only service available in September and October
- Service available every hour from the Independence Visitor Center, 30th Street Station and the Philadelphia Zoo
Philadelphia Zoo Trolley Shuttle Stops:
- Independence Visitor Center: Northwest corner of 6th and Market Streets
- 30th Street Station: 30th Street side of the station
- Philadelphia Zoo: Bus shelter on Zoological Drive, near the Zoo's main entrance
