Fountain Shows
There is a fountain show every Thursday, Friday and Saturday evening — typically at 7:30 p.m. — throughout the summer.
And from April 15 through October 15, special five-minute fountain shows run most days at noon, 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm.
Longwood Gardens demonstrates its role as a cultural center for the performing arts during its annual Festival of Fountains. Throughout the spring and summer, the Gardens come alive with music, special performances and fantastic fountain displays.
Music and culture enthusiasts will revel in the variety of shows at Longwood: folk, bluegrass, world and classical music, full theatrical productions, complete symphony orchestras and much more.
Following the performances, enjoy the spectacular illuminated fountain display in Longwood’s signature Main Fountain Garden. And on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings throughout the summer, the gardens stay open until 10 p.m. for glorious nighttime displays.
This fountain spectacle circulates more than 10,000 gallons of water each minute, with jets shooting as high as 130 feet amid lights of every color.
