Located just a block from Rittenhouse Square, Mantra is a great place to go to enjoy a simple yet delicious meal.
Mantra believes that the spirit of Asian cuisine is best represented by exploring new flavors together in a sharing atmosphere.
The menu of bold Asian flavors at Mantra enables you to experiment with new and exciting flavors as well as with new flavor and ingredient juxtapositions.
Some popular dishes include the jumbo lump crab kamikaze, Mantra plum pork ribs, baby Bombay burgers, seared sesame scallops, and the braised hong Kong duck confit.
The bar selection includes several Asian liqueurs, sake, and unique artisanal Japanese wheat, stout and spiced bottled and draft beers. There’s also an intelligently priced and well chosen wine list.
The design concept behind Mantra is one of tranquility and inner peace. The surroundings are balanced with a circular moon gate back bar with organic glass, tile and iridized bead mosaics. 300-year old butternut black walnut and natural edged cedar was used in construction of the bar and table tops, which, when placed together, form the original tree.
