Brasserie Perrier Details
More relaxed and less expensive than its famous sibling restaurant (Le Bec-Fin), Brasserie Perrier is a great place for lunch, dinner or drinks.
During the warmer months, approximately between April and October, Brasserie’s large French windows are left open to the bustle of Walnut Street and its five umbrella-ed sidewalk tables are some of the most sought after alfresco seating west of Broad Street.
The menu features modern French cuisine with Italian, Asian and southern influences. The tuna tartare certainly reflects the flavors of Asia with its diced mangos and soy vinaigrette while the potato gnocchi with lamb ragout is part French and part Italian.
For a casual lunch in between shopping along Rittenhouse Row, you should try to grab one of the banquette tables in the lounge area up front — close enough to windows to enjoy the atmosphere, yet far enough away so as to not be bothered by any loud traffic.
The main dining room is more formal and is a perfect locale for a romantic dinner.
