Since opening in 1987, Susanna Foo Chinese Cuisine has helped to usher in a culinary renaissance on Walnut Street’s prestigious “Restaurant Row.”
The restaurant is named after the head chef and owner, Susanna Foo, who began serving fusion cuisine long before it was fashionable. Foo's blend of fresh, seasonal ingredients, classical culinary techniques and authentic Chinese cooking have made the Walnut Street restaurant a renowned success for 20 years.
The menu at Susanna Foo reflects the owner’s mastery of the classic and the contemporary, combining the precision of French techniques with the finest traditions of Cantonese and Shanghai cooking.
